Distinguished geopoliticians and lawyers will analyse the main contemporary geopolitical issues.
The intensive international program brings together leading scholars and experts from across different Countries, in order to explore how legal frameworks shape — and are shaped by — the shifting dynamics of geopolitics.
Through lectures, seminars, and discussions led by distinguished speakers, participants will gain a deep understanding of, inter alia:
– Law and geopolitics in the digital age
– Migration, security, and human rights
– Geopolitics of technology, resources, and climate
– The role of courts, constitutions, and sovereignty
